When you make your reservation at Wai Ola, you are booking more than a place to stay.  The 55 foot lanai (deck) offers magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and, during the winter months, spectacular vistas of humpback whales swimming and playing in our warm tropical waters. For whale watching and sunsets, Maui, No Ka ‘Oi!, or simply, “Maui is the best”. The pool & jacuzzi are surrounded by lush landscaping with a magnificent wall mural. Custom dual BBQ, lounge chairs and umbrellas invite you to enjoy being home as much as at the beach.

Confirming Reservations:

• To confirm reservations we require a 50% deposit.
• All rates are subject to state taxes (13.416%)
• Rates are based upon one or two persons per room.

Cancellation Policy (Individual Units):

• A full refund (less a $75 bookkeeping fee) is given for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
• For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date a full refund will be given for the portion of your reservation that is re-booked (less a $75 bookkeeping fee).

Cancellation Policy (Entire Property):

• A full refund (less a 5% bookkeeping fee of the total) is given for cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date.
• For cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival date a full refund will be given for the portion of your reservation that is re-booked (less a 5% bookkeeping fee of the total).
