Confirming Reservations:
- To confirm reservations we require a 50% deposit.
- All rates are subject to state taxes (11.416%)
- Rates are based upon one or two persons per room.
Cancellation Policy (Individual Units):
- A full refund (less a $75 bookkeeping fee) is given for cancellations
received more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
- For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date
a full refund will be given for the portion of your reservation
that is re-booked (less a $75 bookkeeping fee).
Cancellation Policy (Entire Property):
- A full refund (less a 2% bookkeeping fee) is given for cancellations
received more than 60 days prior to arrival date.
- For cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival date
a full refund will be given for the portion of your reservation
that is re-booked (less a 2% bookkeeping fee).

There is a STRICT no smoking policy
at Waiola. No smoking is tolerated inside any room or building.
Smoking is permitted outside.
